    2. Verify your Internet connection

  • Make sure that your Internet connection is working properly.
  • Slow Internet speeds could cause the video to stutter, making the audio to get out of sync.
  • If your internet is running slower than usual, consider hard resetting your router/modem.
  • Try contacting your Internet provider if the issue persists.

    3. Turn off HD streaming

  • Click your user icon located in the top right corner on Netflix > select Account.
  • In My Profile tab select Playback settings.
  • Select Medium quality > click Save.
  • Try loading a video to see if it works. If it doesn’t try changing the quality to Low and see if it works.
