1. Consider using a different browser

Before going forward with all of the other fixes, you should first consider whether or not it would be easier to just use a different browser.

Microsoft Edge has come a long way, and the Chromium-based browser is indeed better than its predecessor.

2. Check for unknown third-party applications

5. Disable and remove Flash

In the bottom right corner of your Taskbar, right-click the sound icon and choose Playback devices from the menu.
